My name is Holly Wincote and I chose to be a hynotherapist because I believe in empowering people to overcome their problems, take control of their lives and be the person they want to be.
Hypnotherapy isn't something I do to you but is a joint venture between us and requires your input and commitment. I also use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) techniques.
With my help I'm confident you can make the changes you want to make and attain your goals. Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, in fact anything with a psychological or behavioural element. This includes (but is by no means limited to):-
